Day 4: smokey eyes

Task: go live and show your community how to apply a smokey eye

Creating a smokey eye can be a daunting thing to do so we’re easing ourselves in by using a softer colour than black today!

Remember:

Start by MAPPING out where you’re going to be going with your medium tone, brows relaxed and looking straight forward

Slow and steady wins the race! Start with a dot at a time and build the colour up … Switching between eyes each time will give the colour time to set before you go in with your next layer

KEEP THE COLOUR OUT OF THE INNER SECTION OF YOUR EYE

Try recreating my live, have a play around and PRACTICE different techniques WITH your customers to help them feel confident to experiment too!

BONUS: Create a story sequence or reel (or both) MAX 90 seconds on your smokey eye.
