SheerSense Compliance
- Various testers/samples are available to buy, these cannot be sold to customers and are to be offered freely for your customers to try. You’ll find people do come back for a full-size product a lot of the time.
- To avoid cases of contamination and reactions etc. no decanting products to make your own samples. This rule has been put into place to protect you.
- Maximum 15% off discount. You’re here to make a return for your business and you don’t want people under cutting you. The only time more is allowed is if head office do a sale (you state the price not the discount) or if you’re doing an online/house party and you give the hostess rewards.
- Recruiting in the UK only.
- Selling un the UK only.
- No selling on eBay/Amazon/Facebook Market Place/Etsy etc. There’s a lot of fraudulent products around that can be harmful for the skin which is where a lot of bad reviews can come from about our products. Again this is to protect you.
- Get creative with your Group/Page/Business names. Inspiration is everywhere with the exception of using SheerSense, SeneGence or LipSense.
Anyone caught doing any of these is at risk or losing their Distributor License.

Online Compliance as a Direct Seller/SeneGence Distributor is so important
SeneGence has made some adjustments to their Online Compliance policy this year and we have decided it would be wise to follow their lead on this matter. Please see the attached video and contact head office if you have any questions.
This is the updated version of our returns policy. Your first step will always be to use the contact form on the website to get an RMA form.
Public Liability Insurance
If you are going to run an event, hold a party or even just apply a product to someone else on an individual basis you will need public liability insurance. This is UK law and it’s always better to be protected. Most policies are fairly inexpensive. There are many companies out there and you may find one better suited to you and your business but we have been able to negotiate a tailored policy for you with this company in particular. If you go to their website and click on the drop down menu where it says occupation you should be able to select SheerSense Independent Distributor and get a quote.
