UPDATE TO Terms & Conditions

This is to let all Distributors know that revisions have been made to

the Distributor Terms and Conditions,
the SheerSense Policies and Procedures Guide,
and the Privacy Policy,

particularly with regard to the following.

Please see SheerSense Policies and Procedures Guide new Section 11 – Privacy Policy and GDPR.
We must also emphasise the last paragraph in that section which reads: “When a Distributor receives a request from a Customer or other Distributor to remove or change their data that is held by the Distributor, the Distributor must comply under the GDPR rules. The Distributor must inform SheerSense at Info@SheerSense.com of the request.”

The relationship between SheerSense Ltd and Distributors with regard to GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations) can be found in the addition of the last two paragraphs in Section 5 of the Distributor Terms and Conditions.

There is also a new Section 32 on MiniSites in the Distributor Terms and Conditions.

The SheerSense Policies and Procedures Guide also carries a new MiniSites Section 12. With the guide for Distributors receiving orders from their MiniSites:
“Distributor receiving an order at their MiniSite is expected to fulfill the order so that the Customer will receive it within 21 days of placing the order”.

Two papers have also been produced to assist with GDPR. “GDPR and Distributors” and “Privacy Policy and Distributors”. These can be found in the “Legal” section of the Back Office.
